VEHICLE RECYCLING
AWARDS
Insurers, 昀氀eet operators, bodyshops and repair networks, and automotive technology
providers are being encouraged to enter the ATF Professional Vehicle Recycling Awards
2026, taking place on Thursday 26 November at Coventry Building Society Arena.
he awards recognise
achievement across
the vehicle recycling
and wider automotive
sectors, celebrating not
only authorised treatment facilities and
dismantlers, but also the businesses
and organisations helping to increase
the use of recycled vehicle parts,
improve sustainability and introduce
new technology across the industry.
T
Among the categories particularly
relevant to the repair, insurance and
昀氀eet sectors are the Recycled Vehicle
Parts User Award, Sustainability Award
and Digital Provider Award.
RECYCLED VEHICLE PARTS USER
AWARD
The Recycled Vehicle Parts User Award
recognises organisations that are
successfully incorporating recycled
vehicle parts into their repair or
operational processes.
With insurers, bodyshops, 昀氀eets and
repair networks increasingly looking
at ways to reduce repair costs, cut
carbon emissions and improve vehicle
circularity, the award provides an
opportunity to highlight businesses
that are turning recycled parts policies
into practical results.
Entries could demonstrate how
recycled parts have been integrated
into repair programmes, the
environmental or 昀椀nancial bene昀椀ts
achieved, or how an organisation has
26
helped increase con昀椀dence in their
use.
SUSTAINABILITY AWARD
Sustainability now reaches far beyond
the vehicle recycling yard.
The Sustainability Award recognises
businesses that can demonstrate
meaningful environmental
improvements, whether through
reducing carbon emissions, increasing
reuse, cutting waste, improving energy
ef昀椀ciency or changing the way vehicles,
parts and materials are managed.
The category is open to companies
throughout the automotive and vehicle
recycling supply chain.
DIGITAL PROVIDER AWARD
Technology continues to change the
way vehicles are dismantled, repaired,
valued, sold and recycled.
The Digital Provider Award recognises
businesses developing digital products,
platforms or services that are making
a measurable difference to the vehicle
recycling industry.
This could include systems supporting
recycled parts, vehicle and salvage
management, data, logistics,
compliance, online marketplaces or
other technology helping businesses
work more ef昀椀ciently.
Haydn Davies, editor of ATF
Professional, said: “These awards are
all about the people who keep this
industry moving, whether that’s on the
yard, behind the wheel, in the of昀椀ce or
in the boardroom. Coventry Building
Society Arena gives us a venue big
enough to do that justice, and with the
support of our sponsors we’re planning
a night that really celebrates everyone’s
hard work over the past year. I can’t
wait to see who makes it through to
the shortlist.”
Entries are free, and the awards are
open to businesses and individuals
from across the sector, including ATF
Professional Awards partners.
A panel of 昀椀ve independent judges
will assess all entries. ATF Professional
has no involvement in deciding the
winners.
Individual early bird tickets and tables
for the awards evening are now on
sale.
A limited number of partnership
opportunities also remain for
companies wanting to put their brand
in front of the vehicle recycling industry,
including Gold and Silver partnerships,
both of which include guest places at
the awards evening.
